Shipping

  • We aim to ship all purchases within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • GMS Spares uses a variety of postage methods and carriers depending on the goods purchased and your location.
  • Shipping charges are;
    • Free – Your item will be shipped free of charge Australia-wide.
    • $25 flat rate – Your item will be shipped Australia-wide at a flat rate of $25.
    • $50 flat rate – Your item will be shipped Australia-wide at a flat rate of $50.
  • The shipping charge will be outlined on the product page and checkout.  Multiple items purchased at the same time will only incur one (the highest) shipping charge.
  • We are unable to ship items with a $25 or $50 freight charge to PO Boxes.
  • Please use a delivery address where someone will be available as all items will be sent with Authority to Leave.
  • In-store pickup: Free local pickup is available on all purchases at 26 Mavis St, Revesby NSW 2212. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business day. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. Our in-store pickup hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status via the carriers website. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at websales@gmsspares.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Returns – Incorrectly Ordered / Not Required / Change of Mind

  • Goods returned within seven (7) days from the date you receive it will incur a 20% restocking fee.  Goods returns after seven (7) days are not eligible for a refund.
  • Goods must be returned to GMS Spares Pty Ltd at your cost.
  • You are responsible for loss or damage in transit of your returned item.  This includes if GMS Spares Pty Ltd sources a broker on your behalf.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Postage costs will not be refunded.  If your item was purchased with free shipping, the shipping charges incurred by GMS Spares will be passed onto you.
  • GMS Spares Pty Ltd is unable to accept returns/refunds or offer any warranty on electrical items, turbo chargers and super chargers

 

Returns – Faulty / Defective Product

  • Goods must be returned within seven (7) days from the date you receive it.
  • Goods returns after seven (7) days are not eligible for a refund.
  • We will arrange to collect the goods from you, or reimburse you for postage costs (if we ask you to return the product to us)
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) less restocking fee and postage costs.
  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
